Edition 16 changed very little from Ed. 15.  A cross reference to the federal school zones law was eliminated since that law was found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court; likewise, the law itself has been marked as repealed.  The 4th amendment to the Constitution was added to the list on page 85, and the NRA's address was changed in the Appendix (they're in Fairfax, VA, now).  In the back of the book, Armed and Female is now $5.95, The Texas Gun Owner's Guide is $14.95 and 256 pgs., and we now take Visa and MasterCard.  Like I said, not very much changed.
